How is merchandise made?
Our products are made to order by production partners. They ship directly to you, and an order with different products may arrive in more than one package.
Can I order shirts before pumpkin picking?
That is the idea: wear your shirts on your visit and enjoy your own family photographs together. Please order well ahead and allow time for production and shipping. Merchandise does not include admission, activities, a photography session or a restaurant reservation.
Can I add a family name?
Personalization is available only on listings that offer it. Follow the instructions on the individual product and carefully review names and dates. Each shirt is sold separately unless the listing expressly describes a set.
Can I pick up an online order at the farm?
Online merchandise is shipped by our production partners. Farm pickup is not currently available.
What if something arrives wrong or damaged?
Contact us with your order number and photos of the item and problem. Please wait for our instructions before returning anything.
