These terms apply to merchandise purchases from Joe Huber’s Farm Shop, operated by JOE HUBERS FAMILY FARM & RESTAURANT LLC. Farm activities, restaurant reservations, admission and other services are separate from merchandise purchases unless a listing expressly says otherwise.
Product details
Read each listing and select the correct size, color and quantity. Product images may be digital mockups; screen settings and production methods can affect how colors and placement appear on a physical item. An order includes only the items expressly described in its listing.
Personalized products
For any product offered with personalization, check names, spelling and dates carefully before approval. Supply only text or artwork you have permission to use. If we need clarification, production may wait until we receive your reply.
Prices and orders
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes appear at checkout. Availability may change before production. If an item cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you about a suitable resolution or refund; we will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.
Production, delivery and returns
Made-to-order production begins after the order is processed and any required personalization is approved. Review our Shipping & Delivery and Returns, Replacements & Cancellations information before ordering. Delivery estimates are not a guarantee of arrival for a particular farm visit or event.
Use of this shop
Please use the shop lawfully and provide accurate order and contact information. Our name, original designs and store content remain the property of their respective owners. Purchasing an item does not transfer rights to reproduce its artwork.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
